Shipt sued over employee classification
Birmingham-based Shipt faces a lawsuit filed by Minnesota’s attorney general allowing the delivery service misclassified its delivery drivers. The company misclassifies their shoppers as independent contractors, the suit says. A similar lawsuit has been filed in Washington, D.C. – CBS News
