Halstatt announces plans for light industrial site in Huntsville

Halstatt Real Estate Partners has announced plans for a two-building, 306,000-square-foot light industrial project on Bibb Garrett Road in Huntsville. The Florida real estate private equity firm is partnering with Tennessee-based CallifoniaSouth on the project. – BusinessWire

Wisconsin-based Endries International has acquired Montgomery’s Store Room Fasteners, a firm founded by Tim Wilsford in 1984. Store Room has since expanded to Opelika and Selma; La Grange, Georgia, and Nueve Laredo, Mexico. – Industrial Distribution
