Design of UAH athletic and fitness upgrades approved
The University of Alabama System board of trustees has approved Chapman Sisson Architects’ design for upgrades to the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s athletic facilities and fitness center. The next step is to bid out the project and approve a construction contract. – AL.com
Birmingham’s Land Title building sold
The Land Title Building, an iconic Greek Revival-style structure in downtown Birmingham, has been sold for $2.9 million. The building, which is 84% leased, was purchased by a group called Land Title Partners out of Spring Hill, Tennessee. – Bham Now
