Davidson Homes Adds Leaders

Greg Duriez and Jeff Deane will help continue the company’s expansion mode.

Greg Duriez

Davidson Homes, a home builder based in Huntsville, has promoted Greg Duriez to chief operating officer and appointed Jeff Deane as chief financial officer.

“These appointments are also a direct reflection of the success and appeal of our company’s strategy, momentum and ability to retain, reward and attract incredibly talented leaders,” said Adam Davidson, founder, president and CEO of Davidson Homes. “Greg is a proven, homebuilding veteran who is a trusted member of our executive team and has been instrumental in our growth. Jeff’s extensive experience in finance, accounting and operations in our industry will be invaluable as we expand into new markets.”

Duriez previously served as regional president. He has more than 30 years of experience in the new home industry. Before joining Davidson Homes, Duriez was the Atlanta division president for Century Communities. He will oversee all ongoing operations in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. He also will direct the company’s expansion into additional Southeast markets.

Jeff Deane

Deane has more than 26 years of accounting, finance and operations experience. Prior to joining Davidson Homes, Deane worked in homebuilding since 2005 with William Lyon Homes, where he served in several leadership roles in finance, accounting and operations.
