Robins & Morton and COPT Defense Properties have completed the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville.

The three-story building in Redstone Gateway features 200,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 15,000-square-foot warehouse. The building will be occupied by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center, enabling the agency to consolidate in one location.

The facility includes both private and open office areas, collaborative spaces, a large training room, a dining area, fitness center and conference room.

“We are grateful for our longstanding partnership with COPT Defense Properties and the opportunity to build this project that will serve the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,” said Brendan Kenny, senior superintendent for Robins & Morton.

This project represents the fifth multi-story tilt-wall building constructed by Robins & Morton in Redstone Gateway since 2020.
