Huntsville-based Colsa has won a 10-year, $217.4 million contract from the Defense Intelligence Agency to support scientific computing operations, analysis and applications. The company will perform work until 2031, depending on the task orders awarded under the contract. – GOvCon Wire

 

Anniston Army Depot will release 300 workers

The Anniston Army Depot will release 196 term and 108 contractor personnel because of decreases in projected workload requirements. The depot said the dismissals will begin in 60 days, during the depot’s fiscal year 2022. – ABC 33/40

Former UA president will step back from foundation

David Mathews, president of the University of Alabama from 1969 to 1980, will resign as president and CEO of the Kettering Foundation after more than 40 years.
