Chorus, a Birmingham-based security and smart-home technology provider, has acquired Texas-based Builder Systems Group. This allows Chorus to expand outside of its current markets in Alabama and Florida. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.  — GlobeNewswire

Protective named EPA Green Power Partner
