Capstone Building Corp. is teaming with developers EYC Companies and The Kalikow Group on building a new multi-family development, Anthem Apartments and Cottages, in Huntsville.
Located just west of Research Park Boulevard and only minutes from Cummings Research Park and Redstone Arsenal, the project is a 406-unit luxury rental community that consists of 14 apartment buildings with 312 units and 48 garages, along with 94 single-family cottages with standalone garages. The development will feature front porches facing onto community greens, along with park-like design elements throughout to encourage more community engagement.
The property spans 40 acres and will have the following amenities: clubhouse and leasing center, pavilion, two saltwater pools, firepit terraces, dog park, playground, herb garden and lawn game areas.
The interiors of all the buildings will include 10-foot ceilings, gas appliances, quartz countertops, LED lighting and vinyl flooring.

Capstone Building Corp. will serve as the general contractor, bringing its expertise in multi-family housing development to the project. Capstone, headquartered in Birmingham, has completed more than 111 projects in 22 states valued at more than $1.7 billion.
