Capstone Building Corp. has completed the $31.8 million Alexandria Apartments in Madison. The 258-unit complex, developed by Bobo Family Group, covers 338,792 square feet and includes five garage buildings, a leasing office, maintenance building, dog park, car wash, pool and grilling pavilion.
Located just west of Madison Medical Park, the apartments are available in one-, two- or three-bedroom units with 29 garage units equipped with vehicle charging stations. Some other amenities include high ceilings, modern lighting and vinyl tiling.
The apartments also include a number of “smart” amenities, like cold storage lockers for grocery delivery services, a CrossFit-style fitness center and resident programs centered on residents’ whole health.
“Alexandria Apartments fills a void in the area for those looking for an accessible, upscale apartment in a great location near employment, retail and recreational opportunities,” said Jay Chapman, owner and CEO of Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp.
Since 1997, Capstone has focused on building multi-family housing developments. It has completed 118 projects in 22 states, valued at more than $1.9 billion. The firm offers design development, pre-construction, construction and post-construction services.
