Capstone Building starts two projects in Tennessee

The general contractor is building residential projects in Dickson and Alcoa

Birmingham-headquartered Capstone Building Corp. has announced the start of construction on Vital at Springbrook Farm and The Park at Beasley Apartments. These two residential projects are both located in Tennessee.

The $45 million resort-style Vital at Springbrook Farm is being constructed in Alcoa, Tennessee, for a joint venture formed by Bluedog Capital Partners and StoneRiver Co. The project encompasses 300 units across 311,996 square feet.

Vital will feature an open floor plan with balconies, luxury finishes and the latest amenities. The unit mix will include 32 studios, 176 one-bedroom units and 92 two-bedroom units with one or two baths.

In addition to the units, the property will sport a pool, cabanas, an outdoor pavilion, grilling stations, fire pits and views of the Smokey Mountains.

Capstone also announced the start of The Park at Beasley Apartments in Dickson, Tennessee, which is a $27.8 million project covering 187,280 square feet and 144 units.

The Park at Beasley Apartments will consist of 42 one-bedroom and one bath, 60 two-bedroom and two bath and 42 three-bedroom and two bath apartment options. In addition, the property will have a leasing office and fitness room.

The developer, The Park Companies, is also working with English & Associates as architect on the project.
