Bradley promotes five attorneys in Birmingham to partner

Across its footprint, the firm promoted 12 attorneys to partner

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has elevated 12 attorneys to partner, five of whom work in the firm’s Birmingham office.

In Birmingham, the firm as promoted Abigail Harris, Matthew Hinshaw, Gregory Pipes, Grant Premo and Benn Wilson.

Gregory Pipes

Harris is a litigator in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. She has experience with projects ranging from condominium towers and retail centers to water treatment plants and utility-scale solar farms.

Hinshaw is a member of the Bradley’s state and local tax team and Economic Development Practice Group. He focuses on economic development incentive package structuring and negotiation and represents clients in general corporate and tax matters, as well as assisting nonprofit entities with tax and governance issues.

Pipes is a member of the firm’s Banking & Financial Service Practice Group, focused on helping financial service clients navigate the consumer regulatory compliance landscape.

Grant Premo

Premo is also a member of the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group. His experience is on advising clients on lending, servicing and operations in the areas of student lending, farm credit, and residential and commercial mortgage lending.

Wilson is a member of Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, focused on civil litigation in the areas of patent and intellectual property. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex patent disputes before both federal district courts and the International Trade Commission.

Benn Wilson

Bradley has offices in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and the District of Columbia. The firm, with almost 600 lawyers, represents regional, national and international clients across various industries.
