Balch & Bingham Adds Seven Associates to Alabama Offices

Corporate law firm Balch & Bingham recently has added seven associates to its Alabama offices. Those joining the firm are Nolan Clark, Anna Davis, Grace Hembree, Emily McKee, Aaron Tippetts, Park Wynn and Blake Young.

Joining the firm’s Montgomery office is Clark, who will be part of the Litigation Practice. He earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where he also served as writing editor for the Cumberland Law Review and a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow. He also holds an MBA from Samford University’s Brock School of Business.

Six of the associates are joining the Birmingham office of the firm.

Anna Davis will serve in the Real Estate, Banking & Financial Services and Lending & Commercial practices. She earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as articles editor for the Alabama Law Review.

Grace Hembree and Aaron Tippetts will serve in the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice. Hembree graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as production editor for the Alabama Law Review. Tippetts graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law and served as an articles editor for the Alabama Law Review.

Emily McKee will serve in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Estate Planning & Trusts and Corporate practices. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, McKee served as articles editor of the Alabama Law Review.

Park Wynn will join the Litigation, Construction, and Issues & Appeals practices. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Alabama Law Review. He also served as a member of the Order of Barristers and on the Moot Court Board. He competed on the ABA National Moot Court team and was named the Most Outstanding Appellate Advocate in the John A. Campbell Moot Court Competition.

Blake Young will serve the Banking & Financial Services, Real Estate, and Lending & Commercial practices. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was submissions editor for the Texas International Law Journal.
