All.Space, a multi-network satellite communications-on-the-move manufacturer, has chosen to redomicile in the U.S. and selected the Shoals as its U.S. technical and manufacturing hub.
The move brings the company closer to its primary customers, partners and supply chain within the U.S. defense system. Founded in 2013, All.Space delivers electronically steered, multi-link terminals engineered to meet the operational demands of contested, mobile and remote environments.
“We are delighted to formally redomicile All.Space to the United States as we continue to expand within the U.S. defense ecosystem,” said Paul McCarter, CEO of All.Space. “Aligning the company more closely with our key customers and suppliers strengthens our ability to deliver mission-ready, resilient communications capabilities at pace and at scale.”
The technical and manufacturing hub will enable the company to support manufacturing, scale its support services and technology development while building partnerships.
“We are especially grateful for the support of Congressman [Robert] Aderholt and his foresight to see the emerging requirements of the warfighter for resilient communications,” McCarter said. “We look forward to establishing a U.S. hub in the Shoals and to playing an active role in its continued development as a center for advanced defense technology, whilst leveraging and contributing to the great state of Alabama to support our long-term growth.”
In April 2026, the company entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by York Space Systems, a U.S.-based national defense and commercial prime manufacturer. The company has delivered several development programs with the European Space Agency, UK Space Agency, UK MOD and the US Department of Defense.
