Mark Harry has been named chairman of the Alabama Associated General Contractors board of directors, with Evans Dunn named president. Harry is affiliated with Marathon Electrical Contractors and Dunn with Dunn Construction Co.
Others new officers are Rob Middleton of Middleton Construction LLC, vice president; Matt Rabren of Rabren General Contractors Inc., 2nd vice president; Mac Caddell of Caddell Construction Co., treasurer; Charlie Vines of Vulcan Materials Co., state associate board president; Morris King of Vulcan Materials as state associate board vice president; and Derick Boutwell of S&S Sprinkler Co., CLC president.
“It has been a great year serving the Alabama AGC as president,” Harry, outgoing president and incoming chairman, said. “We are excited to turn things over to Evans and welcome Mac Caddell as our new treasurer.”
Dunn said he was honored to serve as president.
“The history and resources that Alabama AGC offers its members are second to none in the association world,” he said. “We are excited about the coming year and look forward to representing all of our members at every opportunity.”
Alabama Associated General Contractors was founded in 1920. Its headquarters is in Birmingham, with offices in Florence, Huntsville, Montgomery and Mobile.
