Torch Technologies has been awarded a $992 million contract for technical management advisory services (TMAS) for tenants at Eglin Air Force Base and other geographically diverse locations. The contract starts this fall and runs through 2031.

“With this award, the Air Force is acknowledging the unique strength of the Torch model: when the people performing the mission are also the owners of the company, the level of dedication, accountability and pride is unmatched,” said Torch President Brad Walker.

Torch began its partnership with Eglin Air Force Base in 2016. This latest contract is the third such TMAS task order Torch has received.

Torch Technologies, in Huntsville, is a 100% employee-owned company providing research, development and engineering services to the Department of War. It is a subsidiary of Starfish Holdings, which also includes Freedom Real Estate & Capital LLC and SIMVANA.
