David Rodgers has been named president and CEO designate of the Mobile Chamber. He’ll become president and CEO after the retirement of current president and CEO Bradley Byrne on July 1, 2027.
“Selecting the chamber’s next president and CEO is among the board’s most important responsibilities,” said Teresa Williamson, chairman of the Mobile Chamber board of directors. “Throughout this process, we remained focused on identifying the leader best prepared to guide our organization into the future. David Rodgers distinguished himself through his leadership, integrity, strategic vision and unwavering commitment to the Mobile community. The board has every confidence in David and is excited about the future of the Mobile Chamber under his leadership. We are also grateful to Bradley Byrne for his years of service and for his commitment to ensuring a thoughtful and seamless leadership transition.”
Rodgers joined the chamber in 2015, advancing through senior leadership roles, most recently as executive vice president.
“I am deeply grateful to the board for its confidence and to Bradley for his leadership and mentorship,” he said. “It is an honor to lead this organization, and I look forward to serving alongside the talented chamber team to work with our members, partners and investors to create even more opportunities for the Mobile region.”
