Colina Hillside, a 475-unit multifamily apartment development in Birmingham, has been completed by Birmingham-based general contractor Capstone Building Corp. and Birmingham-headquartered real estate investment firm Dobbins Group.

The complex features four and five-story buildings with centralized corridors, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments featuring granite countertops, 42-inch custom cabinetry, stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, hardwood-style flooring, private patios or balconies and full-size washer and dryers.

Located just off Interstate 459 and Highway 150 near Hoover, Colina Hillside offers residents convenient access to nearby retail, dining, entertainment and medical facilities.
Williams Blackstock Architects was the architect for the development, MMTR served as civil engineer, Lorberbaum McNair was the landscape architect and Bullock Environmental served as environmental consultant. Forestry Environmental served as the sitework contractor, Catori Design House oversaw the interior design and Protective Life provided debt financing for the transaction.
