Montgomery-based Caddell Construction has opened a corporate office in Columbus, Ohio —  its first permanent office in a state where it has done business since 1989.

The office is in Grandview Yard in Columbus.

“Columbus is a market where our people have already built a tremendous foundation,” said Mac Caddell, president and CEO of Caddell Construction. “The work is here. The talent is here. The opportunities are here. This office is an investment in the men and women who have helped us grow throughout the region and in the workforce that will help us build what’s next as we work toward the long-term success of our employees, clients and strategic partners.”

The Columbus office will be led by Vice President Justin Spafford.

“Columbus continues to attract investment, innovation and opportunity,” Spafford said. “We wanted to create a workplace where talented people can see themselves building a career that matters for their long-term success. As the construction market continues to evolve, we believe the best projects are delivered by empowered teams with strong local relationships and a shared commitment to excellence and true collective success.”
