Andy Voress has joined Region Bank’s Affordable Housing unit as head of investor sales and servicing. In this role, he will oversee business relationships with Regions’ clients who are bringing new and revitalized developments to fruition.
As part of his duties, Voress will guide distribution and funding strategies for Regions Affordable Housing, along with capital-raising initiatives that support the bank’s work to expand access to housing in key growth markets.
Voress has 18 years of industry experience, recently holding key leadership roles at two of the nation’s largest LIHTC syndicators, CREA LLC and Raymond James. He also led the affordable housing tax credit investment program from Allstate.
Voress has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Augustana College and a master’s in finance from DePaul University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
