Kim Lewis is the co-founder and CEO of Huntsville-based PROJECTXYZ INC. Since opening the company in 2005, she and her team have provided technical, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and military foreign sales services to the federal government, as well as for commercial clients both in the United States and abroad. Lewis runs the business with her husband, Larry Lewis, who is the company’s president. In 2021, PROJECTXYZ was named to Inc. magazine’s 5,000 List of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States, ranked at number 1,493. Inc. listed the company four other times between 2014 and 2017. A native of Huntsville, Lewis earned her computer information systems degree from John C. Calhoun State Community College.
