William Bloom has joined Maynard Cooper & Gale as of counsel in the firm’s Birmingham office.
Bloom is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and articles editor for the Virginia Law Review. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.
Bloom previously served as law clerk for the Honorable William Pryor Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and has seven years of experience working in the Washington, D.C. office of a national litigation focused law firm. At Maynard, he will focus on areas of complex commercial, appellate and securities litigation matters.
