Wayne Morse, an attorney with Waldrep Stewart & Kendrick LLP, has been elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is a nonprofit professional association honoring lawyers nationwide who uphold the highest professional qualifications and ethical standards, and exhibit strong scholarship, teaching, lecturing and/or writing. The lawyers selected also have no less than 20 years of experience.
Morse has tried employment law cases for more than 30 years. He also is a Fellow in the Litigation Council of America and the American Bar Association. He has represented a wide array of clients — corporate, government and individual — and cases have covered everything from fraud to employment matters to civil rights violations. He has spent a considerable amount of time focusing on commercial, civil rights and employment litigation.
He earned his J.D. from Samford University and his bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College.
