Van specializes in tax planning and compliance for closely-held and private-equity owned businesses, and he provides financial statement reviews and compilations.
Van serves as the tax service area leader in Birmingham, and he is a co-leader for the firm’s Paycheck Protection Program Taskforce. He is an accomplished thought leader and author of many of the firm’s publications about tax issues.
