State park unveils roads made from tire scraps

Joe Wheeler State Park in Rogersville on Friday unveiled newly resurfaced roads made with materials from scrap tires. The repaving came through a $1.16 million grant from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. ­– Bama Buzz
