Montgomery, Faulkner forge tuition agreement for officers

Andalusia’s Dean Jacobs, known for her seven-layer cakes in grocery stores and her own store, Dean’s Cake House, has died at 89. Jacobs, known as “Miss Dean, the Cake Lady,” sold her cakes in markets in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. – AL.com
