UA real estate program has new name
The real estate program at the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business is now the Rance M. Sanders Real Estate Program, which includes a new undergraduate major. The name is in recognition of a $5 million gift from UA alumni Rance M. Sanders and Angie L. Sanders of Vestavia Hills. – Bama Buzz

Birmingham-based construction firm Robins & Morton has completed the $9 million Baptist Neighborhood Hospital-Rigsby in San Antonio, Texas. The one-story acute-care facility features 10 exam rooms, a triage room and more in 10,862 square feet. – Robins & Morton

HudsonAlpha selected for international platform
