Starnes Davis Florie LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler McIntyre to partner of the firm.
McIntyre concentrates his legal acumen on civil litigation to include healthcare law and medical malpractice defense. McIntyre servers as a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, McIntyre retired from the United States Army, serving first as an Armor Officer and then as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). His Army practice focused on military criminal prosecution and what is called, “international and operational law,” providing real-time legal advice to senior combat commanders both deployed and stateside.
McIntyre received his L.L.M. in Military Law from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School, his J.D. from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, and his B.S. from The United States Military Academy.
