USDA increases reimbursement for inspection programs

The USDA is increasing reimbursement rates for states with meat and poultry inspection programs, including Alabama. Lawsuit filed involving 62 Alabama Hardee’s

A Nevada investment group is suing Hardee’s after the fast-food company moved to terminate franchise agreements in three states, including at 62 locations in Alabama.
