Construction of $100 million development begins in Huntsville
WSS Development LLC has broken ground on a $100 million mixed-use development in Huntsville. 2020 at Providence will include 360 apartment homes and 20,000 square feet of retail space. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. – Multifamily Press 

Alcohol home delivery can begin Oct. 1
Effective Oct. 1, Alabamians will be able to have beer, wine and spirits delivered from some stores and restaurants to their homes. Gov. Kay Ivey signed the legislation on Monday. Quantities will be limited, deliveries must be made within 24 hours of an order, and there is a delivery radius of 75 miles.  – ABC 33/40
