Imperial Dade, which distributes food service packaging and janitorial supplies, is planning a $20 million, 220,000-square-foot logistics hub in Loxley in Baldwin County. With headquarters in New Jersey and Florida, Imperial Dade serves more than 65,000 customers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. – Fox 10 

SAIC $200 million contract work to be done in Huntsville
Science Applications International Corp., based in Virginia, has been awarded a $200 million contract to provide laboratory operations and support to the Defense Intelligence Agency through March 2031. The work will be performed in Huntsville.  – Clearance Jobs

Barclays pulls out of CoreCivic prison deal
Both Barclays and KeyBanc Capital Markets have pulled out as underwriters of Alabama’s $3 billion prison plan with CoreCivic. CoreCivic has been contracted to build and lease two new prisons in Alabama. – Alabama Political Reporter

Blaze Pizza, a national chain that boasts NBA superstar Lebron James as a major investor, is expanding into Florida, Texas and Tennessee, with an eye toward Alabama and Mississippi in the next few years.
