Encompass building Illinois facility
Birmingham-based Encompass Health Corp., partnering with BJC HealthCare, will build a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital in Shiloh, Illinois. The hospital will offer physical, occupational and speech therapies, and 24-hour nursing care. – Encompass Health

The FBI says it has nine buildings under construction at Huntsville’s Redstone Arsenal, part of two-decade plan that could result in more than 5,000 FBI employees working in Huntsville. There are 790 employees at Redstone Arsenal right now. – AL.com
New solar plant will power Google’s Jackson County center
Google will buy electricity for its new Jackson County data center, as well as a new data center in Tennessee, from a solar plant being built by Origis Energy in Tennessee. The solar farm should be online by the end of 2022.  – Renewables Now
BBVA USA will sponsor Iron Bowl
BBVA USA will be the sponsor of this year’s Iron Bowl. A new online initiative, Virtual Iron Bowl, will benefit Children’s of Alabama, and some fans who donate will win tickets to the actual game. Sewell honored as manufacturing champion
