The Hiller Companies, headquartered in Mobile, is merging with Unifour Fire and Safety, headquartered in Hickory, North Carolina. The combined fire and life safety services company will continue to be known as The Hiller Companies, with greater scale, service capabilities and geographical reach. Unifour Fire and Safety will continue to operate under its existing brand.

Unifour will consolidate under The Hiller Companies and be led by President Stephen Terrell and Chief Operating Officer Ben Moore.

Established in 1919, Hiller is a national provider in the fire and safety services industry, offering customers a full range of installation and recurring services through its network of 26 branches. Unifour was founded in 1984 and predominately serves the Southeast.
Lincoln International LLC served as financial advisor and Williams Mullen served as legal counsel to Unifour Fire and Safety in the transaction. Harris Williams served as financial advisor and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP served as legal counsel to The Hiller Companies.
