The Highland Group, a real estate development and commercial construction firm, is excited to begin work on the Hays Farm master-planned community in South Huntsville. They were awarded a contract to serve as general contractor for the Hays Farm clubhouse, which will include an expansive 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, tennis courts, a lavish zero gravity pool and playground area.

The master plan for Hays Farm includes a mix of nearly 1,000 single-family homes and multifamily units, a premier office park, a 9.5-acre urban park surrounded by retail, a 440-acre nature preserve, 8-miles of greenway walking trails, a 20-acre recreation baseball/soccer complex operated by the city’s Parks and Recreation Department and more.
