RxBenefits, a technology-enabled pharmacy benefits optimizer, has named Thad Kwiatkowski chief financial officer.
A senior level executive with more than 20 years of finance, administrative and accounting experience, Kwiatkowski will further accelerate the company’s strategic initiatives and support its long-term growth.

Kwiatkowski recently served as CFO at Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions, where he guided the company’s strategic planning and M&A strategy while overseeing a global team. Prior to AMPS, he served at Cotiviti, a healthcare analytics company.
With Kwiatkowski’s hire, current company President and CFO Robert Gamble will transition to president and chief operating officer. In this role, Gamble will be responsible for company strategy, product development and information technology.
