Three appointed to Athens State board

Dr. Denver Betts, Tommy Coblentz and Donna Coleman have been appointed to the board of trustees of Athens State University. Betts is a ten-year veteran administrator at Athens State; Coblentz is president of the school’s foundation and Coleman is president of Aetos Systems and a member of the foundation board. – Athens State University

Mullins Building Products acquired

Birmingham-based commercial door and hardware supplier Mullins Building Products has been acquired by North Carolina-based Cook & Boardman Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. – PR Newswire
