Stephen McKitt

Stephen McKitt is the newest attorney to join Balch & Bingham in its Creditors Rights & Bankruptcy practice in Birmingham.

Prior to joining Balch, McKitt worked for the Department of Justice as a trial attorney and as an in-house attorney at one of the world’s largest banks in Dallas, Texas.

He received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
