Online tool should streamline some business filings

The secretary of state’s office has launched an online business amendment tool. It will allow some businesses to amend their business filings online instead of in paper form. They will do it via the Business Filing Amendments portal. – Alabama Today

 

Gulf Shores shopping center sells to Atlanta buyer
