Simon-Williamson Clinic has joined Complete Health, a physician-driven, technology-enabled primary care practice based in Florida but with offices in the Birmingham area.
Simon-Williamson Clinic has been serving patients in Birmingham for more than 80 years. Founded in 1935 by doctors Harold Simon and Byrn Williamson, the practice has grown from primary care services to include hematology/oncology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, urology, podiatry, rheumatology, pediatrics, OB/GYN and diabetes education.
“We are honored to join forces with Complete Health,” said Dr. William Kirby, president of Simon-Williamson. “We look forward to building on our purpose of caring for our community and strengthening our position in the market as a leader in primary care services and resources.”
Complete Health will add Simon-Williamson’s 34 providers to its team. Complete Health currently has more than 110 health care providers, 700 employees and 16 locations in Alabama and Florida. Simon-Williamson makes the sixth practice in Alabama to join Complete Health.
“Simon-Williamson has a long history of caring for the Birmingham community, and we intend to continue its legacy,” said Jeff Preuss, CEO of Complete Health.
