Shawn Conklan has been promoted to vice president of operations for Long’s Human Resource Services in Mobile. He is now responsible for all sales and operations.
A Mobile native, Conklan has nearly 20 years of sales and operations experience. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and a graduate of Leadership Mobile. He also has served on several local boards and committees.
Long’s Human Resource Services is headquartered in Mobile with an office in Foley, in Baldwin County. It offers recruiting and placement of long-term contract, temporary and direct-hire employees, in addition to payroll services, skills testing, training and outplacement.
