ServisFirst Bank has begun construction on its new Huntsville headquarters.
The four-story, 25,000-square-foot facility will be on Meridian Street North in downtown Huntsville. The building will accommodate about 50 banking professionals and contain office space, community room, meeting areas and a covered rooftop patio.

The facility is being built by Fite Building Co., with design by Matheny Goldmon Architecture + Interiors. Project partners include SSOE Group, PEC Structural Engineering, Schoel and GTEC.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
