ServisFirst Bank expands in North Carolina

The Charlotte market location will be led by Rick Manley

ServisFirst Bank opens a branch in the Charlotte, North Carolina, market.

Rick Manley has been tapped to serve as regional president and CEO of the Charlotte, North Carolina, market for ServisFirst Bank. This marks the bank’s move into Charlotte with its opening of ServisFirst Bank Piedmont.

“ServisFirst Bank is proud to expand our footprint into the Charlotte market through our Piedmont office with Rick Manley leading the team,” said Tom Broughton, ServisFirst Bank chairman, president and CEO. ServisFirst Bank was formed in 2005 in Birmingham.

Manley has 40 years of banking, commercial banking and commercial lending experience. He previously served simultaneously as First Horizon Bank Mid-Atlantic president and Capital Bank as market president for Carolinas and East Tennessee and commercial banking executive for almost 15 years. His previous experience includes developing business strategy, driving bank revenue, managing collateralized mortgage lines and commercial real estate lending and overseeing commercial, corporate, private client and retail banking.

ServisFirst Bank is focused on commercial banking, correspondence banking, cash management, private banking and the professional consumer market. Recently, the bank announced that its assets exceed $15 billion. In addition to Birmingham, it has offices in Atlanta, Charleston, Dothan, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, Nashville, Northwest Florida and West Central Florida.
