Saraland sports complex construction underway
Saraland has broken ground on The Land, a $70 million sports and recreation complex. The 100-acre complex will include courts for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, beach volleyball and tennis, as well as fields for baseball and soccer. Millbrook breaks ground on new development
The city of Millbrook has broken ground on the 17 Springs development off of Highway 14. The 18-acre site will include two hotels, eight restaurants and other retail shops, as well as one medical office building. – Bama Buzz
Indian restaurant coming to Mountain Brook
Curry Corner, an Indian restaurant, will open in Mountain Brook’s English Village this spring. The restaurant will be at the site of the former Chester’s Test Kitchen on Cahaba Road. – Bham Now
