Sanders Capital Partners LLC has completed a sale-leaseback of the Prima Center for Plastic Surgery in Duluth, Georgia. The company says the $2.3 million acquisition further solidifies the company’s presence in Georgia.
Prima Center is a 9,200-square-foot surgery center in the high-traffic Peachtree Industrial Boulevard area.

The sale and leaseback were handled by Rance Sanders, who has been in real estate for more than 35 years as a founding member of sister company, The Sanders Trust. Both Sanders Capital Partners and The Sanders Trust are based in Birmingham.
Sanders Capital Partners develops and acquires retail centers, medical properties, strategic land and light industrial properties primarily throughout the southeastern and midwestern United States.
