Ron Morrison has joined FirstBank as South Region business development officer. He will be responsible for growing FirstBank’s market share and brand throughout the region.
“With his extensive industry experience and high business acumen, I am confident Ron will be instrumental in furthering FirstBank’s presence in the markets we serve and advancing the development of our bankers within those markets,” said Grant Lauderdale, regional president.
Morrison has more than 23 years of industry experience. He began his career with AmSouth Bank and has spent 17 years with ServisFirst Bank, most recently serving as head of private banking.
“I am thrilled to join this team of seasoned bankers and continue growing FirstBank’s local banking model throughout our Southeastern region,” Morrison said.
Morrison is a graduate of the University of Alabama. He currently serves on the board of directors for the National Wild Turkey Federation in Birmingham and the state board of Safari Club International. He also is an advisory board member of Magic Moments.
