Montgomery’s Capital City Club closing

Montgomery’s Capital City Club, which is on the top floors of the RSA Tower, is closing Saturday. The club has been in business for 46 years and in the RSA Tower since 1997. The club is owned by Texas-based Invited Clubs.  – WSFA

Chase opening new Alabama locations

Chase, the consumer and commercial banking business of JPMorgan Chase, plans to open five branches in the Birmingham area and its first in the Huntsville market. The new Birmingham-area branches will include two in Birmingham and Hoover and one in Homewood. The bank will open locations in Huntsville and Madison later this year, too.  – AL.com
