Regions Bank recently earned honors in eight categories of the Greenwich Associates 2011 Middle Market Banking Excellence Awards, which recognize business lending by banks.
Regions was the only one of 750 banks surveyed to win in the âwilling to lend/pricingâ category. Greenwich Associates selects award winners based on feedback from small and middle-market business.Â
In 2011, Regions committed to more than 24, 000 new or renewed loans, with $7 billion to small business and $40 billion to other commercial customers. Regions was also honored in categories reflecting relationship management, branch satisfaction and treasury management.
