Birmingham-based flatbed trucking firm PS Logistics recently completed its acquisition of Diamond State Trucking, based in Malvern, Arkansas.
The deal continues PS Logistics’ acquisition strategy of partnering with families and owners within the flatbed trucking segment. Since 2012, PS Logistics has successfully acquired 18 trucking and brokerage operations.

The transaction further strengthens PS Logistics’ operations in the Southeast and provides it with an additional terminal in Malvern, Arkansas.
