Pollo Campero is ready to come to Alabama.
The Dallas-based chicken chain has more than 80 locations in the U.S. and more than 300 worldwide.
One of its next stops? Alabama, according to Blas Escarcega, the group’s director of franchise development.
On the podcast, Escarcega talks about the company’s plan to open 10 locations in Alabama in the next five years. He also talks about an upcoming opportunity for potential franchise operators to meet with him in Birmingham on Dec. 15.
