Red Diamond® Coffee & Tea welcomes Phillip A. “Phil” Nichols, J.D. as general counsel.
Nichols will serve as the company’s attorney and oversee all legal matters and contracts, as well as manage other special projects.
Nichols previously practiced law at Balch & Bingham LLP for more than 30 years, most recently as partner and co-chair of that firm’s Corporate Section. In that role, he represented Red Diamond for many years. Nichols earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, and he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University.
