The second phase of construction of Lane Parke, in the Birmingham suburb of Mountain Brook, will begin in March, according to developer Evson and Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors.
The second phase of the project will include 47,000 square feet of retail. The development also will be linked to the rest of Mountain Brook Village.
The entire Lane Parke project will include 120,000 square feet of retail, anchored by Publix Greenwise, 276 apartment homes and the Grand Bohemian hotel.

Tenants at Lane Parke already include Sol y Luna, Post Office Pies, A’mano and others. Additional tenants will be announced later.
